Please ensure to allow sufficient time when placing your order. Once the design is confirmed and production begins, Vienrose does not support free order cancellations.
Can I use discount codes for customized orders? Yes, discount codes can be used for customized orders. Our discount codes apply to the entire order. Can I change the delivery address? We can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we recommend you contact the courier directly to change the address. Vienrose does not guarantee the success of address changes.
