What Shipping Methods Are Available?
To ensure you receive our products more promptly, orders placed on the website are consistently processed using Amazon's MCF logistics service. In rare cases, due to insufficient product inventory and in order to expedite delivery, we may arrange for direct factory shipment. We will inform you of this in advance.
How do I place an Order?
The online ordering process is straightforward. You can select your desired products, click 'Add to Cart', review the items in your cart, confirm the quantities, then proceed to 'Check Out'. On the checkout page, provide your contact and shipping information and complete the payment.
Normally, we will process your order within 1-2 business days upon receiving it, and update the shipping details. You will receive a notification email with shipping information at that time.

HOW TO APPLY DISCOUNT CODE?
VIENROSE offers two types of discounts:
(a) Automatic discounts, where your order qualifies for savings, such as 'Buy $79 and get $5 off.' These discounts will be applied automatically during checkout. You can confirm them at the time of checkout.
(b) To apply a discount code, you can enter it in the designated field on the checkout page and click 'Apply'. The system will calculate the discount amount automatically; please double-check for confirmation.
Please Note that
(1) product prices may experience slight fluctuations during different periods, and VIENROSE cannot guarantee that the current price will be identical to the previous price.
(2) Not all discounts can be combined, and VIENROSE reserves the right to interpret discount policies.

Do you support returns/refunds?

Do You Ship Internationally?
Presently, this website exclusively accommodates orders originating from the United States, excluding Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Alaska.

How many day take for shipping?
In most cases, the estimated delivery time for orders is within 5 business days.
Please note that the estimated delivery time does not constitute a commitment to delivery by VIENROSE; the specific delivery process depends on the logistics provider. Our recommendation is to allow some extra time for your VIENROSE purchase.

*When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a logistics tracking number. You can enter the number in Track Order to monitor the status of your delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COSTS?
To put it plainly, VIENROSE offer free standard shipping on orders within the delivery range in the United States that reach a minimum of $25.
Additionally, for those with specific timing requirements, we provide three different shipping services with varying delivery times, which come with shipping fees ranging from $8 to $20.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not constitute a commitment to delivery by VIENROSE; the actual delivery process is dependent on the logistics provider. We recommend allowing some extra time for your VIENROSE purchase. Can I change the delivery address?
We can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we recommend you contact the courier directly to change the address. Vienrose does not guarantee the success of address changes.
Haven't received the product.
If you have not received your product 20 business days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us at support@vienrose.shop, and we will look into it. If it is confirmed that the product was lost due to courier issues, we will arrange a refund for you.
After receiving the order tracking number, please pay attention to the transportation status and pick up the package in time to avoid loss of the package.

Customization

What kind of customization services do you provide?
For existing retail products, we provide cover customization services. There are three options: "TEXT ONLY", "UPLOAD YOUR OWN", and "DESIGN FOR YOU". For specific customization service content, pricing and instructions, please refer to our Customization Instructions page.
For bulk order requests, our customized services are further upgraded, including material and color customization of existing product styles. Please contact us at support@vienrose.shop for more information and quotation.
How long will it take for me to receive my customized product?
The delivery time for customized products is estimated to be around 20 business days. This includes 1-3 business days for design confirmation and 10-18 business days for production and delivery. Please note that due to the uncertainty of the design confirmation process and potential logistical issues (such as weather, holidays, etc.), Vienrose cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Please ensure to allow sufficient time when placing your order. Once the design is confirmed and production begins, Vienrose does not support free order cancellations.
Can I use discount codes for customized orders?
Yes, discount codes can be used for customized orders. Our discount codes apply to the entire order. If you choose additional customization services, the total order amount increases, and you can apply the discount code based on the total order amount at checkout.
Can I cancel a customized order?
We can cancel your order at any time before the design is confirmed. Once the design is confirmed and customization begins, we are unable to cancel the order for free. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
