Customization Process - You place an order for a customized product and specify the customization details.
- We will send a design draft for your confirmation via email within one business day.
- After the design is confirmed, we will begin the production of the product.
- Once the order is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.
- Please track your package using the provided tracking number and confirm receipt in a timely manner.
Customization Timeframe The delivery time for customized products is estimated to be around 20 days in total. This includes 1-3 business days for design confirmation and 10-15 days for production and delivery. Please confirm the design draft ASAP for us to move on to production. To ensure faster delivery, we have upgraded our shipping channels. You can choose either Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping at checkout. Please note that due to the uncertainty of the design confirmation process and potential logistical issues (such as weather, holidays, etc.), Vienrose cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please ensure to allow sufficient time when placing your order. Once the design is confirmed and production begins, Vienrose does not support free order cancellations.
Can I use discount codes for customized orders? Yes, discount codes can be used for customized orders. Our discount codes apply to the entire order. If you choose additional customization services, the total order amount increases, and you can apply the discount code based on the total order amount at checkout.
Can I delete 'Item Personalization' at check out page? No. Item Personalization will automatically generate the corresponding quantity. Deleting any quantity will prevent the custom order from being completed. If the correct quantity for Item Personalization is not provided, we will contact you to request the additional payment.
Can I cancel a customized order? We can cancel your order at any time before the design is confirmed. Once the design is confirmed and customization begins, we are unable to cancel the order for free. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
Can I change the delivery address? We can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we recommend you contact the courier directly to change the address. Vienrose does not guarantee the success of address changes.
Haven't received the product. If you have not received your product 20 business days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us at support@vienrose.shop, and we will look into it. If it is confirmed that the product was lost due to courier issues, we will arrange a refund for you.
